Been to Hendrick Honda several times recently brought my 2019 Honda Civic sport in for regular service and saw a 2021 Honda Civic on the lot but thought still had time on my lease however when I mentioned t 2019 Honda Civic sport in for regular service and saw a 2021 Honda Civic on the lot but thought still had time on my lease however when I mentioned this to sales person he said that is not a problem. Sale rep Jack Williams, called me 'Honey' and 'Sweetie' throughout our conversations. I requested a Face-Time view of the car before driving one hour to see it. He responded so late yesterday that it was dark outside. I reached out to the main office requesting a different rep. Joe, Customer Relations, did not refer me to another rep, as he indicated he would when we spoke at noon today. When I called again, three hours later, Joe defended sales rep Jack Williams's failure to communicate professionally. Mark Stromburg, if it is truly your intention to keep your customers satisfied, you should know this goal is not being achieved by the team in Pompano. I have registered a complaint with Honda's national hotline. More
