Ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my authorization. If I could give this establishment a negative star I would. I went with my x-wife to help her with the language barrier since she is Brazilian to tur If I could give this establishment a negative star I would. This place is so untrained and unprofessional that the idiots did a hard inquiry on MY credit and I wasn't a co-signer or listed on the lease. I have tried to communicate with Mark Stromberg who assured me he would handle the removal of the hard inquiry and I have all the letters of apology to prove it. He did absolutely nothing. Now Scott Atchinson is the G.M. and I've met with him behind closed doors and he see the error on the part of Hendrick Honda as well. He once again assured me he would get to the bottom of it and resolve it. I reiterated communication between him was critical as this is illegal and I would be seeking recourse. Once again I've heard nothing from him. All This has been going on since April 2019. A hard inquiry when being a real estate investor increases my rate by 1% for 2 years before the inquiry drops off. This mistake of Hendrick has cost me thousands. They are the most unprofessional dealership I know. I've tried to be a gentleman regarding this issue as to not let their pending and future customers hear my complaint in person and in the reviews. I will hold back no more. When you start digging criminally into my pocket you've crossed the line. Be prepared Hendrick Honda! You will be hearing from me on a frequent basis until this is resolved and damages are in order. He saw us through from beginning of sale to the final purchase with a friendly attitude and great sense of humor. This car provided a safe and dependable way to transport my family for the past few years. John was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features each model of every Honda and his genuine concern with getting me into the right fit for an affordable price is commendable. This weekend I purchased a newer model, a 2017 Honda Accord and the process was fun and exciting. Tony Paterniti assisted us with John’s assistance as well, and they both made the experience quite pleasant. I got a great deal and a newer more updated way to transport my loved ones safely in style! Ronnie helped tremendously with breaking down all the numbers and got me set up with a great warranty, and the rest of the crew joined in to celebrate my special day as well!! One of the speakers was a little wonky and tony got me in for a conveniently timed service visit, with shuttle to the gym while they worked on my car.
