Good customer service Jose was a very attentive salesman; since we were out-of-state buyers, he even traveled to the airport to meet my husband's flight when he flew in to Jose was a very attentive salesman; since we were out-of-state buyers, he even traveled to the airport to meet my husband's flight when he flew in to pick up our vehicle. Earlier, Jose took me on a virtual tour of the car I was interested in via FaceTime, and since this was a used car, he fully disclosed a couple of areas where some paint touch-up was needed. Overall we are pleased with the used vehicle we bought, and look forward to driving it for many miles! More

Little hassel I have a Costco pricing arrangement and it was rather quick and simple to make a decision. The sales person Mansur was courteous and patient with us. The longest time it took was the final step of signing the paper works. I paid cash and I expected faster process without a car loan, but no such luck. Perhaps most of these paper works can done online in the future. More

He has a fun sense of humor which makes the whole buying experience better than the norm and he is a guy I won't be forgetting anytime soon. He was also very enthusiastic and excited to show me all the great features of my brand new Civic. When it came to the finance side, Ned as also a real gem. He answered all my questions with a lot of patience.....and I ask a lot as I am a numbers person. He listened to what I was looking for regarding any sort of additional services/coverage, maintenance plan etc or needs and customized to what I desired, not what he wanted to sell me. More
