He explained in detail all the finance & service contract information. I returned to the dealership after a week of driving the car because the new tires on the car seemed out of balance. Mike had the tires rebalanced & even patched a tire that had a nail at no cost to me. This was a very pleasant surprise as I expected to pay the $30 for tire repair. Excellent Customer Experience I had an awesome experience with Pompano Beach's Hendrick Honda. James Jordon was our Client Advisor, and he did an excellent job serving our needs, I had an awesome experience with Pompano Beach's Hendrick Honda. James Jordon was our Client Advisor, and he did an excellent job serving our needs, getting us a great price, taking the time to answer all of our questions patiently, and working through some significant challenges to get us the car we wanted. This sounds like what all car sales folks do, but when you learn our story you will understand why I say Mr. James Jordan and Hendrick Honda were 'NEXT LEVEL' with their WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (examples below). Back Story: My wife and I were in the market for new car, and it was a crazy time to do so. A few weeks before, we started looking I had ruptured my Achilles Tendon and had surgery. I knew I wanted a Honda Accord, and so car shopping wasn't that bad; however, my abilities were hampered due to being in a walking boot and stuck on crutches. We test drove a few cars at a local dealer and loved the 2017 EX-L. We are not big fans of car shopping in general, and had several rough experiences (including quoting over MSRP, telling us we needed to be at the dealership for a quote, and being welcomed to the sales cubicle by one salesman with 'are you ready for the hostage negotiation?') with other Honda Dealerships prior to finding Hendrick Honda. Our experience at Hendrick Honda was completely different. They made us feel like family as soon as we arrived, and worked with us and my temporary disability with great patience and consideration. James asked us what we wanted and worked with us to get it. The entire process was easy and we got what we wanted and more. Although the vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, Mr. Jordan was able to locate the color and trim we wanted at a dealership in the Hendrick network and could get us the car the next day. However, due to my wife's work schedule and my physical challenges it was not feasible for us to come back to the dealer when the car was delivered. The team at Hendrick Honda worked together to get our car delivered to us on the weekend, and drove the 60+ miles round trip to get the car from their dealership to our house. And they didn't just hand over the keys, they took the time to walk us through all of the features in the car, and do the necessary set-up of electrical gadgets needed in new cars. During every step of the car buying process, James and his teammates at Hendrick Honda were very focused on our needs and circumstances. We were extremely impressed with everything, and we highly recommend considering Hendrick Honda if you're in the market for a new car. Based on our experiences, when we do need another car in the future, we will be working Hendrick Honda again. End to End, James. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I went to Honda Hendricks in Pompano Beach. The sales person who helped me was Victor. He was helpful. However I told him my budget, and after being t I went to Honda Hendricks in Pompano Beach. The sales person who helped me was Victor. He was helpful. However I told him my budget, and after being there for 5 hours waiting for a credit approval. He come to me with an offer way above my budget. At this time I refused. He told me to wait, he was gonna find a better rate. 2 hours more waiting. He offered me something better, but still above my budget. but I was so tired of waiting that I expected. He told me to go sign the paper work with another person (Ronnie), when I actually got the paper work, it was charging me the previous fee that I didn't except. so the sales person had to come, and talk this guy who was really rude. I gave him a 1500 downpayment check. Ronnie told me come back the next day. i had to go to work. the next day i made an appointment, come back and he wasn't there. had to wait another 3 hours. the have no respect to people. i was again late to work. so i took the car, after 1 month Ronnie calls me, saying that they lost my down payment check, that i had to go there to give them another check. (can you believe this?). so I went there the next day. after one week this guy call me again, saying that they miss calculated my fee, that i had to pay 380 more for plates. this people are unbelievable. they don't know how to do business. are not professional, have no respect. customer service is terrible. after that Mr. Haq told me he was going to call me to get a better deal for all this trouble, to get me warranty, he never called me, never got me the warranty for the car. They gave me the car with 60% of oil usage. Never changed nothing... More
