Replacing my 2000 Honda Odyssey which was totaled. I had been very upset after losing my 16 year old Odyssey in a one car accident. I loved the van and was looking to get another Odyssey. I was greet I had been very upset after losing my 16 year old Odyssey in a one car accident. I loved the van and was looking to get another Odyssey. I was greeted by James Jordan and asked if he could help me. He very patiently listened to me as I told him my long story about my accident and how I wanted another Odyssey. We looked at a van and it seemed so much larger than my 2000 (it was) and I knew it was more car than I could handle. James and I discussed some other options and we finally decided that the right car for me was the 2016 CV-R. We went for a test ride and I really liked the car. We did all the paper work and I would soon have a new car. Ironically I took title on 8/10/16 exactly 16 years to the date I got the Odyssey 8/10/2000. James took me out for a driving lesson and was so good at teaching an old lady about all the things that were new to me. I have been back several times for him to explain things that I didn't understand. He has been like a good friend through all our dealings and I'm very glad he was the one who greeted me when I made the initial visit. More

Won't honor online price. Don't waste your time Not reliable!! Stay away!! I came there after I saw an online advertising of Honda Odyssey for 278$, nothing down. Talked to "David Emmer" over the phone and he confirmed that there are NO additional fees except for the the tax and transfer of tag. Well.. when I came there, suddenly, this was the "last week deal" . Now I have Jack Williams at the dealership explaining me that the online people ( David Emmer) has to give information that is not correct because they need to create traffic. That's when I lost it. I found my way out myself. More

Used department it's garbage salesman told mehe knew nothing Went in to the used department to check out that red 97 Mustang Cobra and had the worst customer service I've ever seen and dealt with. There trying to sell a Ford mustang cobra with many problems that was wrecked with hood and fenders made in Taiwan... The salesman was a complete idiot I kept telling listen to the terrible grinding noise the transmission is making but he never heard the loud noise in every gear. I told him I was gonna take it to fifth gear... he was like NOOO FIFTH GEAR IS 60 70 MILES AND HOUR...what a clown. So I asked if we could bring the car in the shop so I can check under the car to make sure everything is alright but he said I had to sign and agree on there price first before I Inspect the car xxx ??? Me master certified mechanic worked at many dealers can tell you this place is full of unqualified people and rats real man talk. They E-mail me many times ... No I don't recommend this dealer. More
