She located the vehicle I hoped to lease, and even went to retrieve it herself, and drove it to my home, so I didn't need to return to the dealership. She fully explained the workings and special features of the vehicle while right out in front of my home. I will gladly work with her again! Ned Brown, the Finance Manager expedited the paperwork, while explaining each document (and there were lots!) in easily understood terms. She told me I could come in and reserve the car with a deposit. I came down and was greeted by Luci Conrado. She escorted me to the car. i took it out for a spin. I liked what I saw and put down a deposit. Luci was very nice and informative. She instructed me to let her know when I would be coming back to pick up the car so that she can have it ready for me. Replacing my 2000 Honda Odyssey which was totaled. I had been very upset after losing my 16 year old Odyssey in a one car accident. I loved the van and was looking to get another Odyssey. I was greet I had been very upset after losing my 16 year old Odyssey in a one car accident. I loved the van and was looking to get another Odyssey. I was greeted by James Jordan and asked if he could help me. He very patiently listened to me as I told him my long story about my accident and how I wanted another Odyssey. We looked at a van and it seemed so much larger than my 2000 (it was) and I knew it was more car than I could handle. James and I discussed some other options and we finally decided that the right car for me was the 2016 CV-R. We went for a test ride and I really liked the car. We did all the paper work and I would soon have a new car. Ironically I took title on 8/10/16 exactly 16 years to the date I got the Odyssey 8/10/2000. James took me out for a driving lesson and was so good at teaching an old lady about all the things that were new to me. I have been back several times for him to explain things that I didn't understand. He has been like a good friend through all our dealings and I'm very glad he was the one who greeted me when I made the initial visit. More
