She fully explained the workings and special features of the vehicle while right out in front of my home. I will gladly work with her again! Ned Brown, the Finance Manager expedited the paperwork, while explaining each document (and there were lots!) in easily understood terms. I liked what I saw and put down a deposit. Luci was very nice and informative. She instructed me to let her know when I would be coming back to pick up the car so that she can have it ready for me.
