Excellent Car Buying Experience I recently bought a 2012 Toyota Venza from Hendrick Honda. I really had a great experience. My sales contact, Andrew Craig, was really great to work with. My whole car buying experience was exactly as it should be when purchasing a car, fast and efficient. I would like to highlight that Andrew was very helpful during the process. After I test drove the car with Andrew, I went home, talked with my wife and returned later in the evening. Let me say this, Andrew is exactly the kind of salesperson I like working with. He was very quick to gather all of the paperwork. He went above and beyond helping me change over my car insurance which I didn't ask him to do but he did this on his own. Another thing that I appreciated was that Andrew helped move all my stuff out of my trade while I was completing financing and he helped me move my local parking sticker from my old vehicle to my new vehicle both of which he did on his own. One particular thing that stands out above the other sales consultants is that Andrew helped track my spare key down from within the dealership. That might sound like something that is commonplace but it isn't. Apparently when my car came in on trade, the key was not available when the deal closed. I am 100% certain that if it wasn't for Andrew hunting down the location of my spare key from the various parties that worked on that deal that I would not have a spare would have had to purchase one directly from Toyota. Thank you Andrew. You are a great guy and very hard worker. I much appreciated your help and working with you. Also, I wanted to highlight and point out that my finance contact, Miguel Sarria did a great job securing some great financing for me. Miguel was able to get me a great rate for my loan. Miguel is a great guy, likes to fish in fact, and was great to work with as well. I believe that it was from Miguel's efforts that I was able to get a used car rate that is as good as a new car rate. Bad experience 0 down for them meant $2,200. They do not honor Kelly Blue Book. Spoke to someone and when I got there he pawned us off to someone else who didn't eve 0 down for them meant $2,200.
