I knew exactly what I wanted when I went to Hendrick's Honda in Pompano. Mansur was my sales assistant, who quickly recognized that I did not intend to spend much time conducting the purchase. He and his sales manager right away found the car i was looking for with specs I wanted and presented a very competitive price to me. Scheduling, online communication with Kristen, test driving and car delivery with Mansur, financing with Ronnie - all parts of the sales process were very pleasant and fast. They also treated us well on the trade-in of my 2011 Pilot, and this is the third Pilot we have owned! When I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly greeted by James Jordan. I told him I knew exactly what I wanted, I was here to get the deal done. James and Ned Brown made that process extremely painless and worked to make me satisfied with my purchase.
