After explaining to John Burdee what we were looking for he immediately made us feel comfortable, trusting and not overwhelmed. He offered us bottom line a deal we were not prepared to hear, let us know we were looking for additions we may not need. We trusted him and proceeded to make a deal. My husband is a pit manager in the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek and will be recommending Hondas and Hendricks Honda Pompano Beach and especially John Budree. More

Hendrick Honda hasn't a clue. I called to make an appointment to have a recall issue with the driver's airbag resolved. I was told to make an appointment. When I got there was inf I called to make an appointment to have a recall issue with the driver's airbag resolved. I was told to make an appointment. When I got there was informed, by the service advisor, that the part had to be ordered and I would have to come back. I questioned why I was not informed of this initially. I left and about five minutes after I left the service advisor called. I was then told the car had to be inspected first before the part could be ordered. Nobody at Hendrick seemed to know what procedure was to be followed. I advise everyone to avoid this dealership that does not have basic protocol in place. They cheerfully waste your time and money and only offered me an oil change I did not need as recompense for my unneeded expense. More
