We went there just to look at a vehicle that would work for me after having back surgery. John approached us, and he was very friendly. He knew we were really just looking, but he was willing to take the for me after having back surgery. John approached us, and he was very friendly. My experience at this dealership was amazing, the sales consultant Ramnarine Budree was professional, efficient and extremely friendly. We shopped at three other Honda dealers and didn't have the experience like this one. I originally made contact with the online sales consultant Kristin Waldrop who couldn't be any more professional in her job. When we arrived she came out and greeted my family and made us feel at home. Both sales consultants should receive a great write up for there service that they provided to me and my family. My mother and I came down to Hendrickson Honda last night with every intention of purchasing one of the many remaining 2013 Honda Accords you have in stock. I inquired in advance of coming there by requesti with every intention of purchasing one of the many remaining 2013 Honda Accords you have in stock. I inquired in advance of coming there by requesting an on-line quote for vin # , but never got a reply, so I called the office number and spoke with Kristin (?) advising her of the approximate time we were coming and the vin # 1HGCR2F84DA134023 of the car that I was looking to see. When we arrived at the dealership there were 3 or 4 salesmen standing around the entrance. We walked up and asked the first one if we could see Kristin (?) and he said oh, I'm sure I can help you. He never once introduced himself to my mother or myself, nor did he ever tell us his name or give us a card, so for here on I will only refer to him as the salesman. We proceed to walk through the front doors he did not even hold the door for my mother. He led us to a desk that was in the center of the room and asked what he could do for us. I told him I had been looking at a car on-line and had called ahead so it would be ready for us to see. He looked up my info. on his computer and left for a few minutes, then came back and said oh, I have a car with some extras to show you. I responded that he could show me, but that I already picked out a car and gave him the vin # of the car I came to see. He left us there and was gone probably another 20 - 30 minutes eventually my mother and I decided to get up and go outside. As we walked out, the salesperson pulled up in an Accord with a sport grill, rear spoiler, illegal looking window tint, pin-stripping, and a truck tray that I immediately told the salesperson I was not interested in and continued to ask him if we could just see the model from online that did not have all of this fluff I do not want or need. He insisted that we just give it a test drive and we did. Upon return to the dealership he asked us what we wanted to do and I said that I would like to know what the best deal he could make on the car we just drove and the best deal on the lesser model with out all the bells and whistles ( ie: EX without the sport grill, stripes, so forth). We went inside and sat back at the tiny desk in the center of the room and he asked us how we were planning to pay for the car at which time I advised that we would be paying cash in addition to trading in my Chevy Impala. He took the keys to my car and left for a few minutes. When he came back he asked what exactly I was thinking I would get for my car and I replied that Kelly Blue Book says it's probably only worth about $1700. and that I did not have any delusions as regards to it's value. He replied, "good". He then left us waiting at the desk for about 30 minutes. My leg was falling asleep sitting there for so long in your uncomfortable chair, so I stood up and noticed that the salesman was not working on a price for us but instead was talking to a young woman in a lime green tube top, grin from ear to ear, while we waited. He then came back to the desk and proceeded to show me line by line how a car that is last years' model, with my trade in and a cash deal that was listed with an on-line price of $26,400.00 would in fact cost me $30,9995.00 +++ tax, tag & title. Well above even the sticker price on the car itself with apparently no discount for being last years' model and honestly who is really paying full sticker price for a new car these days. As this is not the first car my mother or I have ever purchased, needless to say we were not impressed in the least. Apparently the salesman thought that we were either very stupid or very desperate, of which neither applied, so we left. No one tried to show us another car, save ant type of deal or change the way we felt about our experience at Hendrickson Honda. I thought it would possibly benefit you in the future to tell you about our visit to your dealership, maybe, maybe not. Rest assured I will make sure everyone I know is well aware of my disappointment in attempting to purchase a car from Hendrickson Honda and "the salesman". More

Since we have owned several Honda's before and were very happy, we wanted to replace it with another Honda. After visiting several dealerships, we decided on Hendrick Honda, Pompano Beach. Our salesman, Kashif Chughtai, was extremely friendly and professional, and if he needed to check on something, he brought one of the managers, Chuck Siman, to speak to us. We felt very much at ease, which was very important to us, by being from out of town. I would recommend the salesman Kashif , to anyone looking for a new Honda car. Nella More

He stayed with me, even after the dealership closed, to show me how to work the bluetooth and other functions in my new car. Michael also helped me the following day with a few questions about the car and recommended the oil change service, which is great and convenient! Overall, he was a great sales associate and gave me top notch service. I wouldn't hesitate coming back to him again for a third Honda or recommending him to my friends. More
