My first visit to Pompano Honda was with my husband and we were shopping around for the best price. My husband was impressed right away with the price and the way that they were straight forward with no game playing. We went to another dealership and we were not impressed at all. My experience with Pompano Honda was great. I went back to Pompano Honda alone and met with Dave Reeve after speaking with him on the phone and he introduced me to my sales consultant Carlos Brasil. He greeted me with a big smile and I immediately felt comfortable. He was wonderful to work with. Carlos explained everything to my understanding. I admit that I am not the easiest person to deal with but every time I asked him for something else or to do something he went back to his sales manager, Clint Briggs with a big smile. We all worked together and sealed the deal. What a pleasure it was to sit there and not feel taken advantage of or pressured. I was also impressed with Rene Gomez who helped me with the financing part of the process. Carlos went over the car with me and explained everything in detail. He knew the equipment and the Navigation system inside and out where as the other Honda dealership didn't have a clue. He was so patient with me and took all the time I needed. He also said that if I ever needed help I could come back and he would explain it to me again. Before I left, I gave him a big hug and thanked him for all his help. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful.
