Fast Friendly Service with No Hassles This was the first time in 20 years that I was considering getting a new car and I was very hesitant to do so sooner because of all the bad experience This was the first time in 20 years that I was considering getting a new car and I was very hesitant to do so sooner because of all the bad experiences you hear about, for instance "the dealership will tell you a low price just to get you in the door then hit you with hidden fees and raise the price once you are in love with the car," etc. John Grasmick of Hendrick Honda Pompano Beach quoted the car I was interested in on a Tuesday evening and pleasantly answered all my questions. I came to the showroom the next morning and Elie Hage showed me all the many colors and options on the car I was interested in for that same quoted price, I did a test drive and within an hour is all it seemed like I was out the door with my new 2014 Honda Civic all for that same price that I was quoted the evening before. Elie showed me how to use the "blue tooth" and made sure I was totally familiar with all the features. Rene Gomez in finance made the paperwork easy to understand and answered all of my questions. 2014 EX-L I was in the market for a new EX-L and to trade in my 2008 same model. Tried all the local Honda dealers including Holman where I bought the car. I went in today, dealt with Anthony Beckner who is a nice, easy going young man and they got the deal done and I drove away satisfied. As the CEO of a mid size company, I applaud Hendrick's sales efforts and internet savvy. I own 5 cars and deal with car people on all levels, this car has got all the bells and whistles and costs 1/4 of my Mercedes. Rene and Eddie were both patient and kind; they both made sure I was 100% comfortable, educated and informed in all matters. These guys are professional, but fun. They are well-trained and articulate...yet less aggressive than other dealerships. You get the sense that they care more about the customers (and not profit alone). The service and parts department have also helped me with honesty, friendliness and excellent customer service.
