When we first entered the dealership and asked to talk to Cesar, we were turned over to a trainee who really was not ready to deal with prospective customers. We sat for over an hour before Al Bruno took over the discussion. At that time everything changed. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and cooperative. We feel we got the car we wanted at a very good price. Our only complaint is that the process took an extremely long time. We were there from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, a lot longer than was necessary. Al Bruno went out of his way to explain all the new technology on the car and even came to our home to program our car with our garage opener.
