Yesterday evening, I made a decision to BEGIN looking for a vehicle. I went online, and within less than 10 minutes, I received a call from Randall at Pompano Honda. He invited me to come right in to test drive a 2011 CRV. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly group of salesmen, including Max Pierre and Ceasar, the manager. My salesman, Max, was confident, friendly, and knowledgeable! He told me I had to look no farther than Pompano Honda for a new car. I took a test drive, and I loved the vehicle immediately. He had been right! I found the car I wanted! Within minutes, he worked his fingers to the bone to get me a price I could afford. Max then introduced me to the finance guy, Armad. I never saw such hard working people before! The finance guy was reassuring and by far the nicest finance person I've ever dealt with before! I was so comfortable with my sales person and finance guy, that I am sure I will never go anywhere else for service or sales. Pompano Honda receives an A+++++++ in my book! My husband and I are the kind of people that DETEST buying a car because of the hassle of negotiating and the time it takes to actually finish the purchase. It can be worse than buying a home! Fortunately for us, we were referred to Al Bruno for the purchase of our Honda Odyssey. I cannot begin to tell you how extremely professional and straight forward Al was with us from the minute we walked through the door. There was no haggling over price or details, and he had our paperwork in order quickly. In fact, had it not been for our insurance company that gave us the run-around for over an hour, we would have been out of the dealership and on our way in no time at all! We were so impressed with how wonderfully Al handled the transaction of our van that my husband returned two days later and purchased a new Crossover! SAME experience. We are so pleased that we have begun spreading the word about the kind of service Al provides.
