Great deal it was a 2015 Honda accord hybrid touring at 3.99% with $5000.00 down for 60 months and free shipping. Well when we called we found out that the free shipping was for "locals" only, we live in Delaware about four hours away. The wife still wanted it so we verified everything else and made the trip. When we got there the car was not ready neither were the finance people. When we finally got to start the financing we were told that the interest rate would be5.19% because that was the lowest rate they could get. Now my credit rating is 8.34 and my wife's is 8.90 so there was no way that we should not have gotten the lower rate. I will wait until monday (11-26-18) before pursuing this any further. More

Horrible Service Department! You think I would have learned my lesson since I drove a car that was serviced there back in the 1990s and they sucked then (took three hours to repla You think I would have learned my lesson since I drove a car that was serviced there back in the 1990s and they sucked then (took three hours to replace a broken hubcap in 1997 and the replaced the wrong one)...but no I still bought and had a Honda serviced at Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge and they still screwed things up. In addition to my CRV, I also drive a 17 year old VW and have never replaced a window regulator but our 4 year old Honda needed one on Thursday. That didnt make me happy but oh well. They fixed that and in the process drained the 1 year old battery (yea that is right...car is 4 years old and on second battery soon to be third) because they left the door open while fixing the window and didn't turn off the overhead lights or take the key from the ignition. And they refuse to admit they made the mistake..... So now we are paying another $90 to replace the SECOND battery in the car (yea cause at 3 years the car needed a new battery). I am only on the SECOND battery in my SEVENTEEN year old VW. I will NOT buy a car or service one at Hendrick ever again and I suggest no one do so. Did I mention these are the same boobs who put the wrong new plates on the car when we bought it and we didn't know that and one night my husband got pulled over for wrong tags, had to take a day off and go to court to correct it. Now I know why we have always had VW and Audi. Thinking about trading this in for an Atlas. But in the meantime Hendrick will not get a dime more of our money. Will take to VW for most stuff and to the Honda dealer near Alexandria for anything they cannot do. Did I mention I work in a job where I am asked to give recommendations to new hires on places to live, buy cars, etc...yea this place will NOT be on that list! Thinking about calling 7 on Your Side or NBC Consumer reports about this place!! More

Just don't get your windshield wiper blade inserts there! We've always been completely satisfied with our 2011 CRV which we purchased from this location. We had an appointment for 7:00 A.M. and since there were no other customers there, a friendly employee named Joe checked us in. However, my husband had to call at Noon to check on the vehicle's progress. When my husband called, he had to leave a message on a machine instead of talking with a person. Then, we didn't get a call that the vehicle was ready until 2:00 P.M. Our CRV has a 96,000 mile warranty. I had suspected that warranty work is always pushed to the back burner, and now I've been proven right. Please be very wary of the small things. We were charged $70.00 for a pair of windshield wiper blade inserts! More

Be very careful when you go into finance I bought a used car from Hendrick Honda in August 2017. My problem and it's a BIG PROBLEM happened when I went into finance. I have an impeccable cred I bought a used car from Hendrick Honda in August 2017. My problem and it's a BIG PROBLEM happened when I went into finance. I have an impeccable credit score so I was expecting a good interest rate. When the finance manager presented me with my interest rate I was surprised how high it was. He went on to tell me if I were to buy an extended warranty he would be able to lower my rate which effectively over the coarse of the loan pay for the cost of the warranty. Don't be fooled!! What he did was manipulate the interest rate to try to get me to buy this after market warranty and make it appear I was getting a good deal but in reality he was trying to rob me. When I discovered what he was doing and called him out on it he get not get the lowest possible interest rate and get me out of the door fast enough. In addition I tried to follow up with the dealership management with phone calls and emails to express my dissatisfaction no one bothered to return my calls or emails. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to buy your car you'll be happy you did! More
