There has been many changes within the service department. Overall the experience has been average, but this time it has improved to "GOOD"! I want to thank Kristi Richards for her professionalism and for taking the time to hear my concerns! Kristi, thank you for when I shared the one error with my CR-V you did not make excuses but had me return the CR-V and the problem was solved immediately. He suggested other maintenance aspects that the vehicle was overdue to have done, and most importantly the "why" behind them. VERY SATISFIED My experience was eased along by Jeff Gossman's outstanding service. I was there before opening (about 10-15 minutes) and he opened up and let me in, My experience was eased along by Jeff Gossman's outstanding service. I was there before opening (about 10-15 minutes) and he opened up and let me in, instead of having me wait outside. I pulled right in and left, by way of a free ride provided by the dealership, about the time they were opening! They sent a car to pick me up, later that day, and, along with the two recall issues, inspected it for free, as well! Even if these are services which others expect; I don't. Bravo, to the entire staff for their pleasantness and expedience. More
