Hendrick Honda Woodbridge

Have been over sold and overcharged each trip to this dealer I believe in giving credit where it is due and in some rare instances is something so bad that you need to speak out about it. This is one of those fe I believe in giving credit where it is due and in some rare instances is something so bad that you need to speak out about it. This is one of those few times where I have to really say something. This is a complaint against Sam Maddalena's service department. I bring my vehicle in last week for a diagnostic, to replace a $22 valve (was marked up 300% to $69) and a $10 valve and a lower control arm. I do my homework and I see that the labor ranges on that repair from $60-$75 for the ball joint for my car's make and the zip code of the dealership, I am charged $310 in labor. I see that for the installation of the $22 valve sitting on the top of the engine I am charged $387 but the repair books out at $56-$72 for the area. All of that in addition to a $20 diagnostic fee that was supposed to be waived. I came in to have about $250-$300 in repairs and an emissions inspection and I am being charged $970!!!! That is about $720 in erroneous/double-billed/unscrupulous labor charges. Make this right! More

25,000 mi. checkup On February 2, 2016 I brought my 2012 Accord in for it's 25,000 mi. checkup. I was greeted by my Service Consultant Jeff Gossman. He was very courteo On February 2, 2016 I brought my 2012 Accord in for it's 25,000 mi. checkup. I was greeted by my Service Consultant Jeff Gossman. He was very courteous ( shook my hand) and was very polite. He was very professional and knowledgeable,when it came to reviewing what was done to my vehicle and what needed to be done. Fortunately for me, the two items that needed to be immediately replaced were under the warranty. The job would take over two hours so Jeff called his shuttle driver, Nat Shannon to drive me home and picked me up and took me back when the job was done. He also was very courteous and polite. I had a great customer service experience, thank you Jeff and Hendrick Honda. PS-I do have one comment to make. If a technician is checking air filters for replacement and he sees a little debris, I think the customer service thing to do would be to clean it out. Just a suggestion, not a criticism. More

Another excellent experience with Honda Service Department I've always had a great experience with the Service Advisors. My trip on 2/1/16 was no different. I was running a little late for my 7:30am appointm I've always had a great experience with the Service Advisors. My trip on 2/1/16 was no different. I was running a little late for my 7:30am appointment, however, upon my arrival, I was greeted with a smile and asked what brought me in. My advisor, Jeff Gossman was more than knowledgeable about the needs of my car and helped me out a lot. I was on my way before 9am.
