Admittedly I have been leery of servicing my car at any dealership, and generally take my vehicle to a Mom and Pop shop in Lake Ridge. Their hours are not as flexible as Hendricks however, and I needed a Saturday afternoon service appt. this time around. My previous experience with dealerships has been "ok"; it's not the same as working with a small shop that seems to value their customer more. All of that changed Saturday. Mr. Mitchell was very personable, attentive and he leveled with me about recommendations for my vehicle that I may/may not actually need at this time.
