I relaxed in the customer lounge with coffee, free WIFI, fruit, doughnuts, TV. My car was ready in about 45 minutes and I was on my way. I have used Hendrick Honda service exclusively for 13 years since I purchased my first Honda from the dealership. Every service manager has been very friendly and helpful so it is always a pleasant experience to go there. More

Very professional and quick service This was my first dealer experience and I came in to get my car fixed because it couldn't pass emissions. Joe DeGuzman was helping me and he called me twice within the hour I left my car there to let me know what was going on. He was very nice and everyone seemed nice and willing to help. I ended up only getting charged the fee for diagnosing the problem, and not for the labor. Although it wasn't much labor, I expected to be charged alot since I was going to the dealer. I went to a local mechanic who was going to charge me $95 for the diagnostic fee + labor and said it would take a couple days to figure out the issue, but I went to the dealer and it cost $105 for the diagnostic fee and there was no labor charged and the issue was resolved within a couple hours. Overall the staff was nice and professional, and I would highly recommend this dealer. More

I have brought all my Hondas to Hendrick Honda since August of 1997. Hendrick Honda is an excellent dealership and has an excellent service department. I have been using Kristi Richards for a few years as my service advisor. Kristi is very customer oriented and knows Honda vehicles. San Mittendorff has been my mechanic since 1997. Tony Belcastro, Service Manager, and Sam Maddalena, Service Director, are always there to lend a helping hand if needed. Bill Fredericks is an excellent salesman. Very easy to make a fair deal with Bill. Overall Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge is an excellent dealership to do business with. More
