I met my service advisor Bradley Elkins for the first time and he helped me through what would need to be done and gave me a time for completion. Work was done earlier and for less than I expected (labor costs). Bradley spent time with me walking through what was done, what to look for and determining when to come in for my next service. Great customer service! This is why I have been buying from Hendrick for the last 15 years - its about the service (the price has been good as well).
