I was there before opening (about 10-15 minutes) and he opened up and let me in, instead of having me wait outside. I pulled right in and left, by way of a free ride provided by the dealership, about the time they were opening! They sent a car to pick me up, later that day, and, along with the two recall issues, inspected it for free, as well! Even if these are services which others expect; I don't. Bravo, to the entire staff for their pleasantness and expedience. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased more than a few cars in my lifetime, and the experience is usually unpleasant. The sales people usually play games with the pricing, I have purchased more than a few cars in my lifetime, and the experience is usually unpleasant. The sales people usually play games with the pricing, and by the time you get to signing the final papers "unforeseen" costs enter into the picture driving the price up well beyond what you thought was negotiated. NOT the case when working with Anthony Watkins at Hendrick Honda Woodbridge. Anthony is a man of his word, and he has integrity which I greatly respect. Before coming into the dealership to close my deal with Anthony, I worked with him back and forth over email to negotiate an Out-the-Door (OTD) price that I was comfortable with. As I emphasized to Anthony, an OTD price was key because otherwise the buyer really doesn't know what they will be facing when those "miscellaneous" tack-on's for Freight, Tags, Registration, Processing Fee, Dealer Add-On's, etc. are applied. With Anthony, I worked an OTD price with him, and he assured me that the "price is the price" - there would be no surprises. To my joy and amazement, this was true! When I came in to actually sign the papers and purchase my new 2016 Accord EX-L with Navi, the previously agreed to OTD price was what I paid - not a penny more. GOOD JOB, Anthony Watkins and Hendrick Honda Woodbridge!!! More
