Additionally, I was sold a brand‑new vehicle sight unseen, which turned out to have multiple manufacturing defects and required warranty repairs the very next day. Throughout this experience, I felt treated as just another transaction. Despite being a loyal Honda customer for more than 11 years, the dealership’s leadership showed no regard for customer loyalty or long‑term relationships. I am extremely disappointed in both the dealership and the vehicle itself. As a result, I do not intend to return to this dealership or purchase another Honda. More
