Very unpleasant experience despite Costco negotiated price. Sam added an additional $1300 in unrequested dealer installed line items and refused to remove them to complete the sale. Additionally, accessories that were requested showed excessive upcharge beyond the Honda website pricing...buyer beware and Costco should pull this dealership from their referral network due to deceptive pricing. Will report to Costco this very unsatisfactory experience. More

As a mom of 6, I carry the responsibility of teaching my children how to navigate the world with confidence, awareness, and kindness. This team embodies exactly that.
