One week after I bought the car, the transmission broke--completely. I had to deal with manager Dorian to try to work out a fair solution. I'd had driven from Greenville NC to Charlotte to buy a car I saw online after the local Barbour Hendricks told me it was sold: It wasn't. The website indicated cars sold had a warrantee, and delivery--they wouldn't on this one even if I paid $500 for it. They quoted me repair for the transmission and a faulty shock strut at $10,000 (I eventually got it done at AAMCO for $6000.) Dorian ghosted me not answering my calls for 10 days in a row. I will never buy a Nissan again, or from this dealership for ANY reason! More

I used to enjoy buying from this dealership but not anymore. Bought car from them and now it is having engine issues. It has only 155,00 which is nothing for a Honda. When I looked up recalls online it anymore. Bought car from them and now it is having engine issues. It has only 155,00 which is nothing for a Honda. When I looked up recalls online it says tha the year was known for premature piston wear and that it would need an engine block replacement under recall. The dealership refuses to fix it More
I have always been very satisfied with the service and attention received at Hendrick Honda. In my most recent visit, Don Gunn was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service.
