I asked before I went to be paired up with someone who was experienced. I also told them what I was interested in. Well not only was Colby Colson experienced and very knowledgeable she was super down to was experienced. I also told them what I was interested in. I was early for my appt and she came by to say hello and said she was going to be a few minutes but she didn't say she was "finishing up" she said she was making sure the new owners were familiar and confortable with their car.
