Brett Armentrout, the collision estimator that was assigned to me was very personable and kept me updated on the progress of repairs at l dealership. He was readily available when I called. He explained all the multiple problems and repair details. When I picked my car up after repairs he went over everything in as much detail as I requested, provided written and photographic documentation and had me inspect the car for satisfaction.
