Despite inventory and supply chain challenges, we were able to test the drive the vehicle we wanted and were given ample updates throughout the waiting period from pre-purchasing the vehicle to when it was delivered to the dealership. On pickup day, our trade-ins were efficiently managed and we felt comfortable with the options provided in the business office which is rare in a car buying experience to have genuine dialogue on what is and is not needed based on your usage of the vehicle. We inquired about a Honda Pilot EX-L and were contacted by Kenny Rincon. He was so pleasant and patient throughout the process. The manager was cordial and the finance guy was, as well. He was very knowledgeable about the product and never missed a beat. We made our decision, no pressure, and made a deal. Since the car had just come to the dealership, it needed to be cleaned and processed. We were called the next day to pick it up, and though it took a while, we were very happy with our car.
