So much to say because the entire day was ridiculous! The ridiculous part had to do with me fmgoing to another dealership, closer to my home. We had been emailing for days about the vehicles I MIGHT be interested in. Anyhow, I showed up without an appointment and the 2 vehicles (Honda HRV) did not start! I just had a BAD vibe. I drove the 12 miles (45 mins bc of school traffic) and I was initially underwhelmed. However, #MelissaEvans came out to check on me as I was browsing. BTW (Scott Clark) other dealer had it blocked.so you couldn't browse without being told where to go bc it was all gated up. Anyhow, I was so impressed by the NO pressure sales. They let me walk away to get another offer for basically the same.car, but... Melissa and #HendrickHonda impressed me with their customer care and professionalism! Once o posted my new car, many friends agreed that #Hendrick is AWESOME! Special thanks ro Melissa! She literally took rhe tome.to set up all the features of my car. I never would've known or liked my car as much as I LOVE ❤️ it bc she showed me all the good, hi tech stuff! I will buy my next car from her bc she went above & beyond! More
