After an hour and a half, I had to go ask how much longer the wait would be, I was told they had found a nail in the tire and needed my permission to remove it. When were they going to ask me? I approved and then waited another 45 minutes. When I still hadn’t heard anything, I inquired again and was told it was ready. I would have appreciated more communication about the status of my car. The service rep helping me was nice, but he always seemed to have forgotten to notify me. More
