Really enjoyed my experience with the Hendrick Honda team. I already knew the vehicle that I wanted. Omar was my sales rep and he did great at acknowledging the vehicle I went to see. Showed me the vehicle and the updated options that it came with compared to previous models. Took it for a spin with the family to make sure we all were happy with it. Joe did our financing. He looked for the best rates for us. Suggested the best option. Presented add ons that he thought would be beneficial to our vehicle and family needs. We ended up with a 2012 Odyssey with an extended warranty and 6 oil changes at the monthly payments that fit our budget. Extremely satisfied working with this team. More

Had my regular oil change service yesterday. The good is that Hendrick Honda called me about my appointment when I could not go as per the appointment due to urgent office work and quickly rearranged a new that Hendrick Honda called me about my appointment when I could not go as per the appointment due to urgent office work and quickly rearranged a new appointment[. The bad about my experience with service associate was that I had to hurry since I had hardly 18 min to reach Hendrick Honda for my rescheduled appointment. Of course I made 2 min before the scheduled time. While hurrying to reach on time, I forgot to take the service coupon which could save some money for me as Middle class customer. The associate did not even try to help to find some discount, but gave an interesting suggestion " you can use that coupon next time". May be she was aware that these coupons will have a short term expiry and still provided this piece of advise. Normally, my experience with other associates was they provide expert advise and review the things before taking the vehicle and after servicing the car.. The associate did not advice me about the tire rotation before taking my car for servicing. Also, the associate who was attending my case never wore a mask where I saw most of us 99% were wearing masks. May be Hendrick Honda gave this associate the privilege not to wear mask what so ever. Felt Hendrick Honda does not care for customers wellbeing during the pandemic. Also, normally, the associate includes car wash coupon with the bill ( of course Honda's free service is really pathetic) but this associate hesitant initially and when I asked for it then gave. The associate may be good, I had not received the guidance and support I needed. I suspect if at all Hendrick Honda has changed the oil at all. I checked the settings tab oil is showing as 100%. But I suspect that. It is simple software setting and can be changed easily to make it show 100% without changing the oil.. Of course, Honda's software is very Low graded anyway.. the reason for my statement here is that I can definitely feel the difference from my previous oil changes. My car engine would feel much smoother whenever I changed the oil. This time I did not find that smoothness. Also, I did not find any dirt pads or papers inside the car when getting serviced. It was raining as well yesterday. However, I am not all satisfied with this trip of service at Hendrick Honda. I will not go with the associate who attended my case this trip. May be I should seek other options I have. More
