The facility is excellent and customer-centric. People are pleasant. I was a certified mechanic in an earlier life and have seen it from the inside. They are very well managed. Until now, I've only ever dealt with Hendrick's service team on warranty and recall services. We elected to use them for a windshield replacement at extraordinarily high cost (we wanted Honda glass). The estimate was 3 times a Safelite quote, but apparently that wasn't enough. The advisor's final invoice sloppily double charged us for labor they farmed out. It took us an hour with their service manager to correct it. I hope he addressed it with his advisor. Use them if you like, but scrutinize the bill before you pay it. More

The purchase process is always very lengthy due to all the paperwork required to be completed, mostly for state, federal and leagal reasons, however don’t let this slow you down as your dealer sales and finance folks, James on ours, will walk you through.
