I had a very pleasant experience at Hendrick Honda. Ryan was the technician that I spoke with throughout the entire process. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. They called me to let me know they were starting work on my car, called me to inform me of additional issues found during their standard vehicle inspection. Ryan clearly stated the issue, what the required resolution would be and cost associated. At the end of the day Ryan again called to let me know work was complete. My vehicle was as clean as when I had brought it in. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was not informed that they had a loaner program or how it works. You also won't find any details on their website about loaner requirements. For the amount of work I had done and amount of money spent I probably earned a loaner for the day. I dropped my car off the night prior because of this rather than the morning of service. More
