I have used Hendrick Honda for a few years now as they have always provided good service which is why I come back. However, this time wasn’t as pleasant. I was in for a 150k mile service and a few other i have always provided good service which is why I come back. However, this time wasn’t as pleasant. I was in for a 150k mile service and a few other items that was lust under $1000. My advisor had asked if I wanted new wipers and I agreed if they were needed. He was pleasant but seemed very nervous and unsure of himself. I figured he was new so not an issue. When I picked up the car he said that they didn’t replace the blades after all as they didn’t stock the ones I had on. No big deal. I paid and went to get my car and noticed that there was a greasy rag under the right wiper arm and that the blade was missing. I went back to tell the advisor but he had left for the day. Luckily, the service manager was nice enough to assist and was apologetic. He replaced the wiper with a new one and I was on my way, When I got home I checked under the hood and the plastic engine cover was setting crooked because all 4 clips that hold it in place we’re gone. They were there before as I had checked the oil the prior week. Also, the service light was still on so my son reset it. Small issues to be sure but enough of them to make me wonder what else was not done or not done correctly? More

very disappointed in the service of this dealership i have been a long time customer of hendrick but today they tried to cheat me out of my trade in giving me almost 8k under clean book this is absolutel have been a long time customer of hendrick but today they tried to cheat me out of my trade in giving me almost 8k under clean book this is absolutely crazy i have been offered 34k from other dealers i will never do business with this location if you want your trade stolen and told to go buy somewhere else then this is the place for you thanks stewart for the great advice and i appreciate you sending your sales man to give me the word instead of coming to talk to me yourself like a real dealership manager is supposed to !
