My BMW X5 was repaired by Hendrick Collision Center after a tree limb damaged the windshield, hood and A-Pillar. The damage was just small dents. The repair was just over $6000 which included a new windshiel a tree limb damaged the windshield, hood and A-Pillar. The damage was just small dents. The repair was just over $6000 which included a new windshield, repairing and painting the hood and damaged pillar. They did a great job replacing the windshield and repairing the dents. Everything was put back together correctly for the exception of the driver side, wheel flare trim which was missing all of its fasteners and the passenger door panel. The interior door handle was destroyed, and the locking mechanism was not installed properly so it is stuck down in the door. It appears that whoever had this panel off had no idea what they were doing. The process of painting the hood and damaged pillar area was really not what I was expecting. The hood was repaired; the damaged area was painted and then the rest of the hood was sanded and then sprayed with clearcoat leaving any chips or scratches unpainted. This was a real head scratcher for me because number 1, It looks terrible and 2 this is a luxury vehicle. The pillar was repaired in the same manner. The SUV was returned very clean which was very impressive. I would not recommend this Collision Center. No quality control!! More

My first time getting serviced here. Not one single person greeted me when I pulled in. I had to finally ask the man right there at his desk where I am supposed to go. Through the process of my servicing he said, “thank you for your patience” about a dozen times. It was patronizing. Then when I got in my car after the service, my seat and steering wheel and mirrors were all in a crazy position. I get a little adjustment is needed for a mechanic to get into the car but that was absolutely annoying. Over all, not impressed. More
