Left my new Honda Accord at the service department for the 5000 mile service. I had also requested that the car receive a new car detail as the vehicle was delivered without the detail having been done. I the 5000 mile service. I had also requested that the car receive a new car detail as the vehicle was delivered without the detail having been done. I left the vehicle there for two and a half days in order to give them the necessary time to complete the work. Upon picking up my car the 5000 mile service was done but the detail was not. The car was actually dirtier than when I brought it in. I have purchased numerous vehicles from Hendricks Honda and this is the first time that I have walked away disappointed. I work out of town and I don"t have the time to be running back and forth for service that should be done correctly in the first place, My service writer as well as my salesperson were both informed of my expectations. You guys made good money on the sale and I want and expect you guys to make a reasonable profit, but I also want and expect good service and respect for my time in return. More
