Thank you Chip.) When i came back with my family to test drive the Pilot , Chip was off duty but set me up with salesman Mr Greene so i could see if my family liked the vehicle. Mr Richard Greene was extremely pleasant as well. We test drove the Pilot and loved it. A few days later after doing my homework on what the price of the vehicle should be, Chip reached out to me to see if i was interested in the vehicle. I told him everything on my wish list and he went to work finding me my Pilot. The next day he called me and told me he located a Pilot that fits all my needs but it had to be transported to the South Blvd location. The pilot came in, i went to the dealership and Chip and his manager Mr Patteson( a very pleasant man as well) made sure i was happy with my deal. I then went thru the finance dept with a breeze with Mr James Loebrich and everything went smooth ( another good guy). I would like to say that being almost 60yrs old i have bought a lot of vehicles in my day and this dealership was the best experience i have ever had. I also just want to add that My second best experience ever was at Hendrick Mini on Independence blvd last year when i purchased two Countryman. The Hendrick organization obviously knows how to run a successful company and train there employees extremely well. Thank you for the wonderful experience. More
Called Hendrick Honda to ask how the need for tire service is determined - whether by visual inspection or by mileage or what... Employee ‘R’ let his impatience and irritation with my questions show a service is determined - whether by visual inspection or by mileage or what... Employee ‘R’ let his impatience and irritation with my questions show and so I asked to talk to a manager. It sounded as though ‘R’ was handing the phone to manager ‘J’ as he was clearly talking to him then and there, but the call was instead sent to voice mail. Manager ‘J’ never called back. Honda Corporate gave me this website for feedback. As someone who has experienced a blowout I need to be able to have a better conversation about tires than Hendrick Honda was willing to have. More
My visit on Tues to have my car serviced and inspected went very well. Justin Napoli my service advisor was very efficient in checking me in and answering my questions. I would highly recommend him. Not only am I blessed to work here, but I also am a customer. I’m an eight time Honda owner and my eight purchase was here at Hendrick Honda. Slow service. Had an appointment for oil filter and state inspection. Took over two hours. No one gave any idea of when my vehicle would be ready. Nor where there any apologies for taking so long inspection. Took over two hours. No one gave any idea of when my vehicle would be ready. Nor where there any apologies for taking so long More

Business Model Needs to ChangeE Everyone at Hendrick Honda was very nice throughout the process, and the salesperson who worked with us was friendly and helpful, but the process itse Everyone at Hendrick Honda was very nice throughout the process, and the salesperson who worked with us was friendly and helpful, but the process itself was painful. It's because of the business model dealerships employ -- or rather the game they play. The price is never "the price." The sales person says this is the price. You, as the buyer, say that's more than I thought and I can't afford it. The salesperson tries to get to to say what the price is you have in mind. You give a number, and then the salesperson has to "go talk to the manager." The salesperson comes back with a price higher than what you said you could pay. More negotiations go on. The sales person has more discussions with the manager. The manager comes to talk to you. (It seems to be worse when trade ins are involved.) You finally get to an agreed upon price and then you have to do the paperwork with the business manager, who uses high pressure sales tactics to get you to buy warranties etc. The business manager gets abrupt when you don't buy the warranties; the salesperson's manager is never seen again (despite earlier trying to form so kind of bond)...and the sales person is left to have to make us as the buyers feel good about walking out with a car that costs us more than we should have paid and for killing almost 6 hours of our day. Seriously -- with all the information available online so buyers are more educated and no about the margins on cars and the value (or lack thereof) of warranties -- and the cuts all the people involved in selling the car get -- why is this business model still used? It just makes for a long, high-stress day and creates a negative overall impression. We've always had good luck with Hondas and with the service on them. Buying them is another thing -- I really hope never to buy another car from a dealership. More
