When he found this one, I was somewhat intimated by the Hendrick name, but much to my surprise everyone at the dealership was very nice. I could tell when I spoke with Sam Anders on the phone he was the right person for me. He answered all my silly questions and appeared to have plenty of patience. Absolutely no pressure. The same with Joseph Gamati - very polite and very helpful in helping me understand all that paperwork. It took 3 hours from start to finish and I drove home in my new Honda Pilot. Stand behind you Customers I am on my 7th Honda, 4th from Hendrick Honda. My 2017 Pilot was due for routine service at 55k miles. One other twist, I began getting an Emissions A I am on my 7th Honda, 4th from Hendrick Honda. My 2017 Pilot was due for routine service at 55k miles. One other twist, I began getting an Emissions Alert Light whenever it would rain. I had them run a diagnostic test and they told me I had carbon build up on the Direct Fuel Injectors and that it would require new injector heads (Quite Expensive). I has taken this car to Hendrick religiously for service, so I was surprised that service to these was never called out as part of the service plan. After a bit of back and forth, I requested it be escalated up the Service Chain. The Sales GM whom I have know for years put me into a rental so I could get back to work. After a few hours they contacted me and let me know that hey would be taking care of the cost to replace the injectors. They stood behind their reputation and customer service excellence. For anyone that reads this, Ask to get the Injectors Cleaned at 30k as per the Service Manual. More

Dorian Gordon kept in contact with me to ensure I had all the information I needed on the van before I drove down. While there, I was greeted with the best car salesman I have ever met, Tony Howsare. He was so kind and pleasant, ensuring that I was given a thorough review of the van before and after I test drove it, noting all the differences and upgrades from my '08. He was easy to talk to and negotiate with. Since I apparently only buy a vehicle on average every 12 years, I wanted take the time to recommend him to anyone out there who wants to have a pleasant buying experience with a very experienced and knowledgeable salesman. Pumped it up and being close to Hendrick Honda, drove over to see if I could get it fixed. Express lane was open, drove in, Andrea checked the tires and problem light and checked me in and said could have me out in about 1-1/2 hrs. During my wait in the well-appointed waiting area, Andrea and one other person from Service kept me up to date on status of repair. Repair took a little longer than estimated, but going to a place where they know you and treat you like a valued customer is well worth it. And the price was right! More
