Excellent service and setting, with one reservation ... I visited Hendrick Honda this week in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic. This was a routine service. I was surprised to see that many service employe I visited Hendrick Honda this week in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic. This was a routine service. I was surprised to see that many service employees, about 3/4ths, not wearing face masks to protect their customers. This is surprising for an operation as well run as Hendrick Honda. Many employees inside the dealership were wearing face masks, but not the service staff, which deals closely with customers. The waiting room was set up well for social isolation, so I appreciated that. More
