Ryan was my service advisor and he is the reason I will not be returning. I have bought 4 cars from you and have been a loyal customer for about 30 years. I won’t be back. For example, he came to get me 2 hours later to tell me my oil change was done, then when I got up to pack up my book and water and looked up, he was gone. I couldn’t find him. I walked around like a fool looking for him. Someone else came to get me when they saw me looking for him. Of course Ryan was looking at me like how dare I not just teleport to his desk. I have never felt like this at your dealership. He made me feel like crap. I asked him one question and he raised his voice that the whole room turned to look at me. I don’t appreciate being made to feel like this. So, thanks for the many years of service. I won’t be back. More
