Service has just been a hassle Well, most of the purchase process has been a hassle. It was my first purchase with a dealership in the US and the experience has been terribly bad s Well, most of the purchase process has been a hassle. It was my first purchase with a dealership in the US and the experience has been terribly bad so far. They make me purchase a $3000 warranty with the pre owned certified car I didn't want, refused to take the $7000 cash down payment I had in my pocket (only took the $5000 credit card payment), give me wrong information concerning the financing (such as I can't pay back early or i will pay early fee, which is not true). I had to came back to the office, because they were not responsive by call or email, to cancel the warranty and the process is very slow. Moreover, It has been two weeks I am calling/emailling to get a copy of the document I signed for cancelling the warranty, I still have not get it. Overall, I feel they are trying to trick me, find every possible ways to make the process goes slow, pay things I don't want... I have to insist a lot to get what they should provide me. Hopefully, the car I purchased is going to be better than the quality of service. More
