Jeff Kirby at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd was great. Several dealerships I visited while shopping for a more fuel efficient vehicle knew very little about the vehicles they were selling. We have had to go home, read the owners manual, and educate ourselves on the last 2 Ford vehicles we have purchased from Crossroads Ford in Indian Trail.
