I had been wanting a new car for a while, but the thought of dealing with car salesmen caused much procrastination. After an unfortunate accident, forcing me to get another vehicle, I knew right away I wanted to go to a Hendrick dealership. Hendrick's reputation is by far, the bestl! A Honda Pilot is what I had in mind, but after reviewing my budget, I opted for a used vehicle, which is how I met Charles Mensah. He was a true professional. Very knowledgeable and understanding about my nervousness of taking on a car payment after so many years. My most recent visit to Hendrick was for an oil change. I made an appointment and was greeted and taken care of right away. I asked for help setting up my blue tooth. My service rep, advised me that she would get someone more knowledgeable with Mazda who could help. The rep came right away to help set up my blue tooth and walked me through what he was doing. Again, EXCEPTIONAL service at Hendrick. I will definitely be getting my next vehicle from Hendrick. I highly recommend them to anyone mentioning that they are in the market for a new/used vehicle!
