I went in for two reasons: to have the oil changed because I was going to be making a trip to As always, my Honda Dealership gave me superb service. I went in for two reasons: to have the oil changed because I was going to be making a trip to the NC mountains the next day through Christmas, and I also needed my driver’s side visor fixed because it would never stay in the “up” position but always flopped down. I didn’t have much time because I was leaving the next day after I called to make the appointment. I also sprung the visor problem on them when I arrived the day of my appointment. Not only did they fit me in but Justin managed to arrange for a new visor to be installed the same afternoon as my oil change. Good service - slow on the closing and financing In general the sales process was very straightforward and simple I was able to test drive a car with a little hassle and then make a selection it and In general the sales process was very straightforward and simple I was able to test drive a car with a little hassle and then make a selection it and get to an agreeable price in a short amount of time. Where I was frustrated was I did a lot of upfront work to make the closing and financing part of the deal fast and after I done the initial paperwork had to wait over an hour before I could even get into see the finance person. Do not purchase anything from this dealership ever. I purchased a Honda Pilot and 36 days later after my other vehicle was long gone sold they contact me and say that the financing fell through. And neve purchased a Honda Pilot and 36 days later after my other vehicle was long gone sold they contact me and say that the financing fell through. And never heard anything back from them during that 36 day timeframe. 14 days later Mr. Russell the financing person that was working on my deal contacted me for copy of another document. At that time I asked him was their problem with the loan and do you need the vehicle back. He stated in a text message no I will handle it. Mr. Russell also admitted that he dropped the ball on this and takes full responsibility and that he should have turned in the paperwork closing out the financing deal within 24 to 72 hours of me leaving the dealership. So now at this point I'm going to be without a vehicle Christmas is in a week and a 1/2 and I have to now figure out what I'm going to do for vehicle. The dealership is not willing to do anything to accommodate the price of this vehicle to match whatever loan value they clean they got me approve 4. At this point I really don't know what to believe other than that this is a terrible dealership and I would not purchase anything from them ever. More
