My first purchase was 17 years ago when I got a Honda Civic for my children. Melissa was so personable and took an interest in finding a great option. My experience this week was the same. High pressure sales is a huge turn-off for me but I knew I could avoid that by contacting Melissa. Although my needs have definitely changed, She effectively provided me several options and kept working with me until we found the best fit.
