We have never had a nicer vehicle as the Mazda CX9 so it was nice she understood us not wanting to wreck on the way home. Melissa made sure we were comfortable w/every part of the car buying. Then when we went to get it, Melissa made sure we knew where everything was on the vehicle, made sure mirrors were in place & made sure our seat & steering wheel was positioned right. She took the time w/us to make sure we felt comfortable driving off. Melissa then called just to check on us & see how we were liking our vehicle. What salesperson cares enough to do that.
