Amazing team at Hendrick Honda We moved from NY about 5 years ago, and had a Honda dealership that we were very loyal to and hated to leave. After some initial issues with staff that is no longer at Hendrick Honda, Sean McLane stepped in and made everything right and then some. The sales people and service staff that we have worked with over the last 5 years have been nothing short of fantastic. This is a dealership where they honestly give you the best possible deal and if they can't do something, they will be honest with you if they think you need to wait 6 mos., a year etc. to upgrade to a new car. I appreciate their honesty immensely. I will not go to any other Honda dealership, and if Sean were ever to go to another dealer, I would follow him wherever he went - he is honest, decent and just an all around good guy. Our salesperson, Tyler Patsy is also amazing - he has been incredibly patient with us as we make decisions as to which direction we want to go on a car, and has also entertained our every whim if we wanted to test drive a car. I love the new Pilot and got a new CR-V not even a year ago - even though it was definitely way too soon to get out of my CR-V (I'm financing), they ran numbers for me on a Pilot that was on the showroom floor. Manh Nguyen is also my top pick when it comes to the finance side of the business. Manh will do everything in his power to make the numbers work for you and will give you the best possible deal that Honda is offering, and will also be honest with you if he thinks a particular option/program isn't going to be in your best interest.
