Good dealership. I would have given a 5 however the first time I called to ensure a vehicle was in stock before I drive there and was told it was and then when I got t I would have given a 5 however the first time I called to ensure a vehicle was in stock before I drive there and was told it was and then when I got there it wasn't. However, they did apologize and try and find me something else but it was out for repair. I went back when the vehicle came in and they held it for me to arrive. I ended up purchasing it with the help of Melissa and Tony and so far I'm very pleased. Thanks! Good job guys! More

Melissa Evans was AMAZING! I originally went to the dealership to take a look at an Acura I was interested in and it was nice and all but wasn't something I thought I wanted. Melissa let me also test drive the gmc terrain and I LOVED it. I couldn't at myself in a SUB but it had everything I wanted. Melissa was a great help and she was do easy to communicate with. She is very professional and highly competent. She oversees the entire process from beginning to end and takes all the time needed to explain and demonstrate the numerous features of the automobile. I made her aware of my bottom line regarding purchase price and she was successful in meeting this requirement and putting me in a 2018 Honda Civic, which I love. My original purpose for being at Hendrick Honda was to get my 2016 Honda CRV serviced. Stopped by Jess’ office and next thing I know, she has me looking at the new Civics. She took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the vehicle I was purchasing and made it such a fun experience! The vehicle was already priced fairly so no need to fight for a decent price. Ken was wonderful to work with as well. He worked hard to find me an outstanding interest rate and it was worth every minute. We live 2 hours away and they made sure I had a full tank of gas to get me home late at night. Usually I feel taken advantage of leaving a dealership- not this one!!! I will definitely make the drive in the future when the time arrives again and I know who I will be asking for.
