Good experience We took the 2011 pilot in for an oil change. They discovered leak in the rack and pinion. We paid the $2k to repair it. We get the car back and now t We took the 2011 pilot in for an oil change. They discovered leak in the rack and pinion. We paid the $2k to repair it. We get the car back and now the radio does not work. We take it back to get repaired. An hour and half later, they want another $550. Dennis says its unrelated. There were no problems with the radio prior to the repair. I have to take to another shop for 2nd opinion. We'll see.... I did not take to another shop because Jason called me a few hours ago from the Hendrick service dept. He asked if I could bring the pilot back so his Shop Mgr could inspect. They immediately brought the car back into the shop. They took apart the steering column and discovered a possible aftermarket steering cable reel. They took me back to the shop to show me the differences between OEM part and what they think was an aftermarket part. They asked if car had ever been in an accident where airbag deployed. No. They looked at a car fax report because we purchased the Pilot with about 8k miles from another competitor. There were no accidents reported. its possible the part was replaced without an accident. They suggested calling insurance and running a check on the vehicle because not all shops report every accident. I replaced a rack and pinion on a Jeep Cherokee earlier this year at another dealer. Same year as the Pilot, similar (80K)mileage, similar cost. The difference was the service. The other dealer experience was painful. Hendrick Honda repaired correctly the first time then went beyond to identify and fix the steering reel/radio problem. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks to Jason Carlson and his team for going the extra distance to get car operating like new. More

The other members of the Hendrick Honda team were also super helpful, friendly and accomodating. I am so thrilled with my purchase. Able to help systematically eliminate or include each option. I had my first-ever panic attack related to the accident that totaled my last Honda a few days earlier and could not bring myself to drive the unfamiliar vehicle. JOY drove the "test drive" for me , superbly demonstrating and explaining the high-tech features that i had only heard about, never used. She delayed her beach trip a few hours to complete the process and get the car replacement issue behind us. She gets 10 stars! And the sales manager gave me the best deal he could...VERY competitive price! More

I was really dreading going into a dealer and the whole new car buying process in general. But about two years ago I got a recommendation from a friend who bought her car from Jess. I met her briefly for a test drive but wasn't ready to buy and she was respectful of my timeline. Fast forward to May of 2017. I was finally ready to trade in my old 2002 Accord. I scheduled an appointment with Jess one evening after work. She is a great listener, patient and answered all of questions - no matter how silly they seemed to me. She and her team presented a price I was very happy with. I was out of there in about an hour. The car I wanted was on back order so it was a couple weeks before it came in. The morning I went to pick up my car, all the paperwork was quick and I never felt like I was getting pressured. Jess spent a long time going through things with me and answering my questions. All along the way communication was very clear, I felt heard and my time was respected. The whole team at Hendrick are true professionals. Jess made what I was dreading a truly pleasant and easy experience. Service is really the only thing that differentiates businesses anymore, so you really need to bring your A-game when you’re dealing with consumers. Jess Johnson brings it and I highly recommend her! After an entirely different dealership negotiated, made promises and then failed to deliver on them; it was Sean and Jay that stepped and up showed us what the process should be from start to finish with white-glove service. Thanks for stepping up when another dealership left us on the side of the road. More
