Amazing experience great price nice people I went first time just to test drive the car. service advisor Kyle Blagg I went to Hendrick Honda for an oil change and tire rotation and asked that they check and adjust the tire pressure if necessary. The 2014 Accord EX c I went to Hendrick Honda for an oil change and tire rotation and asked that they check and adjust the tire pressure if necessary. The 2014 Accord EX coupe has nitrogen inflated tires and the low tire pressure light has never come on. As I am driving home I notice a light lit up on the dashboard that I had never seen before. After I got home I checked the owners manual to find out what the light indicated, it was the low tire pressure light. I had to go back to Hendrick Honda in a driving rain storm and inform the service advisor Kyle Blagg that the low tire pressure light is on. He takes the car back to the service dept. and when he comes back says all the tires were 25psi and they should be 33psi , making it seem like it was somehow my fault.The low tire pressure light was not on when I entered the service department, and had never come on before in the 13 months that I have owned the car. Mr. Blagg never offered an apology for the service dept. allowing my car to leave the dealership with under inflated tires and the low tire pressure light on. I told Mr. Blagg I expected Hendrick Honda's service dept. to be better than that and his dismissive response was "your car is parked out front" and he turned and walked away. The service technician's error was compounded when Mr. Blagg chose to take on an arrogant demeanor instead of saying something like I'm sorry this happened or I'm sorry for the in convenience, had he done that, I would never have written this review. More

Deceptive practices I bought a car there 5 and a half years ago. I called back 2 hours after buying the car and told the person who did my financing and sold me an extend I bought a car there 5 and a half years ago. I called back 2 hours after buying the car and told the person who did my financing and sold me an extended warranty that i no longer wanted the exrended warranty. He said tye loan had been made and that he would cancel the extended warranty and i would get the money back when the loan was paid off. The extended warranty was never cancelled and that person no longer works there. $2000 More
They only want your money Quick service replacing the recalled airbag in my CR-V, but when I tried to pick up the car, it had a check engine light and stalled repeatedly in the Quick service replacing the recalled airbag in my CR-V, but when I tried to pick up the car, it had a check engine light and stalled repeatedly in the parking lot. Neither had ever been issues prior to dropping it off, but the service department refused to look into it without charging $110 for diagnostics. I spoke to management and they agreed to read the check engine light. The results eventually showed the issue to be unrelated to the airbag replacement, but it also revealed their lack of commitment to customer service and their only goal to be taking your money. More

"Smart and Personal Approach" Jess Johnson was the salesperson who helped me with my recent purchase of a Honda Odyssey. Once I had made the purchase, Jess spent a great deal of time orienting me to the new car and all its features. She has since followed up with me to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. Hendrick’s is fortunate to have her in their sales department. When it was time to negotiate the price of the car, I was introduced to Sean McLane. I had done my research prior to car shopping and did not want to spend any more time than necessary. Sales games are wasted on me. Sean is a polished sales person/negotiator. He initially made a suggestion about the negotiating process which would have necessitated my returning to the dealership before getting a price. When he realized I had no interest in that, he quickly revised his approach. I didn’t buy the car on the spot, but, when I left, I had all the information I needed to make a decision. Without that, I may well have purchased from the dealership I had previously purchased from. More
