So glad I made the trip to Hendrick Honda Charlotte I was looking to trade in my 2008 Odyssey for a newer model. Dorian Gordon kept in contact with me to ensure I had all the information I needed on the van before I drove down. While there, I was greeted with the best car salesman I have ever met, Tony Howsare. He was so kind and pleasant, ensuring that I was given a thorough review of the van before and after I test drove it, noting all the differences and upgrades from my '08. He was easy to talk to and negotiate with. Since I apparently only buy a vehicle on average every 12 years, I wanted take the time to recommend him to anyone out there who wants to have a pleasant buying experience with a very experienced and knowledgeable salesman. Pumped it up and being close to Hendrick Honda, drove over to see if I could get it fixed. Express lane was open, drove in, Andrea checked the tires and problem light and checked me in and said could have me out in about 1-1/2 hrs. During my wait in the well-appointed waiting area, Andrea and one other person from Service kept me up to date on status of repair. Repair took a little longer than estimated, but going to a place where they know you and treat you like a valued customer is well worth it. And the price was right! More
