Very bad experience! Came in for safety inspection taking risk of virus. I have never had to add oil for 21 years and no spots on driveway but, sweating oil around pan gas Came in for safety inspection taking risk of virus. I have never had to add oil for 21 years and no spots on driveway but, sweating oil around pan gasket for years. You have inspected car for years without failing the inspection. There were other issues and wanted $1,699 to fix but none that would fail the test. Also charged at $30 rate but, should be $13.60 since car is over 20 years old and no emissions test needed (charged $30 last year.) I have been coming to you for 21 years and have spent many dollars. Dennis (without a mask) has done me like this before and I always drive in the door on the other side of his desk. Did not work this time. Luckily, there are other companies that want my business. I know business is slow now but, you should not take it out on a customer of 21 years. Bo White More
